Order processing, preparation and delivery time is usually within 10 to 15 business days. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

Delivery costs only $2.90 for the USA "standard delivery" and $6.90 for "express delivery".

At the bottom of the page, you will find a "Tracking" section. Click on it and enter your order information to find out where your order is based on the information provided by our carriers.

When your order contains several items, it sometimes happens that we send them separately, by concern of the available stocks and the immediate availability in some of our warehouses. If you have received only a part of your order, it is only a matter of a few days before you receive the other items.

It is possible that you can modify your order. To do so, you must check that your order is not being prepared.

It is indeed possible to cancel your order. If it is being prepared or sent by our teams, we charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the price of your order.

We only accept returns if the goods do not correspond to the product ordered or if there is a proven defect.

We check each item before packing it and sending it to you. If a major defect is found on the item in question, we ask you to send us a photo of it (preferably in its packaging) to our email address customer.support@the-bucket-hat.com with your order number.

All bucket hats we offer have been measured and quality controlled by our team to avoid any problem. Therefore, the buyer must assume full responsibility if the products ordered are too big or too small. However, we are aware that this kind of purchase can represent a great frustration and we suggest you contact us to try to find a solution together.
